Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 with OT and Bonus (DOE)
Responsibilities Include:
- Work closely with the New York Attorney Recruiting Manager to plan, coordinate and lead summer program efforts, monitor the budget and plan and attend events.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative aspects involved in on-campus, entry level, and lateral recruiting, including registering for on-campus interview programs and job fairs, scheduling interviews, monitoring candidates throughout the process, preparing and sending offer letters, coordinating follow-up efforts and onboarding process for the New York office.
- Collaborate with administrative departments on onboarding and integrating new hires, including coordinating new associate integration activities for summer, fall and lateral hires.
- Maintain recruiting records, files, and spreadsheets in iManage. Generate LawCruit and FloRecruit reports for review by Attorney Recruiting Committee.
- Assist with social media and web content for events and information related to the New York office.
- Partner with the New York Attorney Recruiting Manager to update and develop marketing materials and content for the New York offices.
