Job Description
PLN Civil Construction is hiring dependable concrete laborers, concrete finishers, and form carpenters to join our crew in Houston. These positions involve hands-on, outdoor work preparing job sites, building formwork, and placing and finishing concrete.
Responsibilities
Depending on your position and experience:
- Prepare job sites and move materials.
- Build, set, brace, and remove concrete forms.
- Place, spread, screed, float, and finish concrete.
- Read plans and take measurements for formwork.
- Clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow safety procedures and directions from the crew leader.
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and transportation to assigned job sites.
- Ability to perform essential physical duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a crew.
- Concrete or construction experience required for laborers.
- Relevant concrete finishing or form carpentry experience required for finisher and carpenter positions.
