Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the Superintendent in planning, organizing, and directing project operations to achieve strategic objectives.
- Policy Implementation: Help develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain effective and safe operations.
- Budget Assistance: Support the preparation and management of budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, schedules, and ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
- Problem Solving: Address issues as they arise, mediate conflicts, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports for the Superintendent and governing bodies as required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency with technology and relevant software applications.
