Description:Customer Care RepresentativeReports To: Showroom ManagerWork Hours: Full TimeFLSA Status: Non-ExemptBranch: Hartford, CTPosition Purpose:Assist with all aspects of customer service in the showroom via phone and/or email.Essential Functions: Promptly and professionally answer showroom directed callsCommunicate effectively by phone and/or emailSchedule appointmentsCheck status of ordersStock CheckRelease and/or schedule deliveriesGive accurate directions to any showroomAsk questions and respond appropriately to determine the customers needsProvide exceptional customer service on a daily basisEncourage customers to use our Waterware websitePossess effective communication and people skills Ability to perform mathematical functions for pricing and or taking payments (credit cards)Transfer calls quickly and correctly to the right personParticipate in all product training and customer service training when availableMust work on SaturdaysAdhere to showroom dress codeNothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Requirements:Experience, Education & Skills:Two years customer service experience preferred Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; verbally and writtenHigh School diploma or GED requiredPhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
