Role Overview
The Office Manager / Operations Coordinator oversees daily office operations while supporting cross‑functional coordination between field operations, sales scheduling, compliance, and internal systems. This position works closely with leadership and operational teams to ensure smooth execution, accurate documentation, and reliable administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day office operations, procedures, and administrative systems
- Coordinate facilities, vendors, office equipment, and supplies
- Provide first‑level IT and systems support (PCs, software, phones, VoIP)
- Coordinate logistics for domestic equipment movement and international shipments
- Organize and facilitate weekly internal scheduling and operations meetings
- Manage OSHA documentation, safety meetings, and employee certifications
- Support permitting and compliance coordination with municipalities
- Maintain accurate records and drive continuous improvement in office processes
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in office management, operations coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; IT troubleshooting experience preferred
- Graphic design or marketing support experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
