**Overview:**
We are seeking a talented Residential Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architectural design and possess a strong skill set in various software applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the creation of innovative architectural designs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design and oversee the construction of building projects from conception to completion
- Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Chief Architect, Revit, CAD, and AutoCAD for drafting and modeling
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and construction management
- Renovate existing structures while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients for approval
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Oversee the implementation of architectural plans during the construction phase
- Ensure projects are completed within specified timeframes and budget constraints
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Chief Architect, Revit, CAD, AutoCAD
- Strong project scheduling abilities
- Knowledge of construction management principles
