Summary:
The Finance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting financial operations and reporting for our organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute weekly utilization reports.
- Update and maintain the daily Cash Management report.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to track opportunities and improve revenue forecasting.
- Prepare client invoicing for a subsidiary of PlexosGroup.
- Assume standardized reporting responsibilities from Finance & Accounting leads.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (candidates will complete three Excel exercises as part of the selection process).
- Strong data analytics capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Experience with financial reporting and cash management.
- Familiarity with revenue forecasting and business development tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
