Floating Painter

Our portfolio consists of over 1300 homes in the Denver Metro area and we are in need of an experienced residential painter for our West Side area properties.

This is a floating position, a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid insurance are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, scraping, and priming
• Paint apartment interiors between resident move-outs and move-ins
• Paint common areas, hallways, offices, clubhouses, and exterior surfaces as needed
• Match paint colors and finishes to community standards
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work closely with maintenance and management teams to complete projects on schedule
• Ensure all completed work meets quality standards and resident expectations

Qualifications

• Previous residential, commercial, or multifamily painting experience preferred
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and drywall repair
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work

* $25 - $30 per hour ($52,000 to $62,400).
