What You'll Do
- Lead strategy on your own set of client accounts and projects.
- Run discovery on audiences, categories, competitors, and culture, and turn the findings into a strategic point of view.
- Write challenge briefs and creative briefs that give creative teams a sharp problem to solve.
- Partner with creative teams through concepting, and give feedback that keeps the work on strategy.
- Build brand platforms, messaging frameworks, and campaign plans.
- Present strategy to clients, and build trust with their marketing teams.
- Direct and develop the junior strategists who support your accounts.
- Help us improve how strategy works across the agency.

Requirements
- You have three to five years of experience in brand or communications strategy at an agency or brand.
- You have led a project from brief through creative development.
- You write clearly, and you present with confidence.
- You are comfortable with data, and you can find the story in foot traffic, sales, and social listening.
- You know how social and culture shape what people eat and where they go.
- You use AI tools to work faster, and you check what they produce.
- You care about food, restaurants, and the people who eat there. Restaurant or food and beverage experience is a plus.
