It’s Plein Air Agency is a leading marketing consultancy focusing on the restaurant and hospitality industry providing solutions from Creative, Production, Media Strategy & Buying, Digital Content to Website and Mobile App development. We are a fully remote agency and are continuously seeking exceptional talent to join our network.
We are actively building our talent pipeline for future Junior Client Partner opportunities. While this is not an immediate opening, we are seeking candidates who are passionate about working with clients on web and mobile application technologies and are excited by the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
As a Junior Client Partner, you would work directly with a Senior Client Partner in redefining, developing, and leading clients through web and app development cycles. The role includes collaborating directly with our Product Delivery Managers to help prioritize client requests and manage timelines.
A successful candidate will support a Sr. Client Partner in client meetings, and share client needs including timelines, requirements, and requests internally. We are looking for a critical thinker who is able to help anticipate issues and contribute to the resolution of errors and UI problems.

Responsibilities
- Maintain key client communications
- Deliver clear guidelines for the team to follow when executing a project
- Review product delivery to make sure it meets client expectations
- Raise flags when projects shift off track or are unlikely to meet expectations
- Bring the team together when focus is required to solve key problems in a timely manner
- Build requirements and "definition of done” for new projects and added scope
- Operate with clarity. You bring direction to a client and make it easy for everyone to know what’s important.
- Take personal responsibility for the team and the end product. The first thing that matters is that we get the job done.
- Stable internet
- Located here in the United States
- Any experience working with and leading cross-discipline teams and external clients is great but not required
- Not a push-over. You will have an opinionated team. It’s your job to cut through the BS and keep things on track.
- Super fun. We spend a lot of time working. Let’s not make all that time suck.
- Self-motivated. We are small and growing, not big and bureaucratic. There will be plenty of times when you just need to figure things out.
- Ready to love Jira. You’ll be the center-point for projects, making sure that the team is knocking off the right projects on time. You will also be a central communications point for clients who need fast turn-arounds.
- Writing skills. You need to think and communicate, that means you can write succinctly and understandably. If you beat yourself up when you misspell their as there, then this might be the job for you.
