Pledge Financial is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager at Welsh Pawn to help lead our Skidaway Location .

As the right hand to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in making the store run smoothly, keeping customers happy, and helping your team grow.

- Take on administrative duties and jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed Qualifications:
- Experience in Retail, customer service or Sales; Leadership experience is a plus
- Able to inspire, guide and support a team
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Problem Solver with a customer first mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Experience with a POS system or Inventory software is helpful but not required we’ll train you.
