What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visualise Draftsmen position at PLEDGE DECORATION DESIGN?
- Prepare high-quality 2D drawings and 3D visualisations (plans, elevations, sections, and renderings) in line with project requirements and design intent.
- Develop realistic architectural and interior visual presentations, including materials, lighting, textures, and finishes, for client and stakeholder review.
- Coordinate closely with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates of drawings and visual outputs.
- Revise and update drafts and visualisations based on feedback, design changes, and technical requirements while meeting project deadlines.
- Maintain organized drawing and model files, ensuring compliance with company standards, project specifications, and quality control procedures.
