What You’ll Do
As Service Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the service department, driving performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians and service staff
- Oversee workflow across warranty, internal, and customer-pay repairs
- Drive key performance metrics including efficiency, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure alignment with company standards, processes, and values
- Build strong communication across departments and locations
- Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment
What You Bring
- 3 years of leadership experience in service, shop, or dealership environments (RV, automotive, marine, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of RV systems (LP, AC/DC, appliances preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000-$110,000/year performance incentives
