Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas including parking lot.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following proper chemical handling safety procedures to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, and scrubbers to ensure optimal cleanliness and floor care.
- Maintain sanitation standards in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas like Theaters and private viewing rooms by disinfecting surfaces and fixtures regularly.
- Assist with custodial responsibilities related to facilities maintenance, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution.
- Support industrial cleaning task as needed to uphold facility appearance and safety standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques.
- Strong understanding of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary.
