The Role
We’re looking for a GTM & Ops Lead — an entrepreneurial builder who can own both sides of the early customer journey: acquiring high-value principals and delivering a best-in-class experience once they’re onboarded. You’ll partner directly with the founder to run our alpha program, close our first 20 paying customers, and build the playbooks for both GTM and operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Source, pitch, and close our first customers (founders, executives, HNWIs).
- Partnerships: Build relationships with VC firms, exec search firms, concierge services, and accelerators to seed distribution.
- Onboarding & Matching: Run intake, match principals with assistants, and oversee the onboarding experience.
- Customer Success: Serve as the main point of contact for early customers; monitor satisfaction, retention, and churn risk.
- Assistant Supply: Recruit, vet, and train assistants to ensure quality and consistency.
- Playbook Creation: Build the repeatable GTM Ops model, including sales scripts, onboarding processes, incentive structures, and SLAs.
- Metrics & Feedback: Track conversion, retention, and NPS; feed insights back to founder and product.
Ideal Background
- 5–10 years experience across sales/BD operations (e.g., consulting startup, early GTM customer success, or VC ops).
- Strong network among founders, executives, and HNWIs.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder; comfortable selling an aspirational, high-trust product.
- Operator’s mindset: can design structured processes but thrive in ambiguity.
- Bonus: experience in executive search, recruiting, or high-touch client services.
