CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
CNAs are the heart and hands of Pleasantview's dedicated healthcare team. We're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant who wants to build authentic relationships with, and provide high-quality healthcare to, some of the wisest people on the planet. CNAs are responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents by meeting their physical and emotional needs with dignity and respect. Being a CNA at Pleasantview requires a mix of technical abilities and interpersonal sensitivity, making it a great fit for those who want to make a lasting impact in the lives of others.
Availability: We have one 3rd shift, full-time, Monday - Thursday, position available. This position does not require working weekends.
Compensation: $17.50 to $26.50 per hour depending on experience. The shift differential for 3rd shift adds an additional $1 per hour.

About Pleasantview: We are a faith-based, not-for-profit, small-town, caring community. Our recently remodeled facility has 50 skilled nursing beds, 16 dementia care rooms, and 28 assisted living rooms. The community also includes 57 independent living units.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS: |
Applicants must be 16 years of age or older. Certified Nursing Assistants must have completed an accredited 75-hour Nurse Aide course. New graduates welcome! |

WORK EXPERIENCE: |
A basic understanding and a genuine interest in the care of geriatric patients is required. Previous health-related experience is preferred, but not required. Extensive on-the-job training is provided. |

CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: |
All Certified Nursing Assistants are required to complete state-mandated continuing education programs. CNA's are paid for the time they spend completing continuing education courses. |
