What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at Pleasantview Nursing Center?
Pleasantview Nursing Center is hiring a DIETARY AIDE (PRN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. This position is ideal for someone who is available for shifts only when the kitchen may be short staffed.
Position Summary: Under the direction of the Dietary Manager, the Dietary Aide will assist with the setup of food serce, assembles trays according to the planned menu and tray tickets, stated portion, resident food preferences, and diet order and within the established time schedules.
Requirements:
- The Dietary Aide should possess experience in a geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing environment.
- Must have a high attention to detail.
