What You’ll Do:
- Implement personalized nutrition plans, including enteral and parenteral feeding
- Monitor patient progress and recommend nutritional interventions
- Educate patients and families on dietary needs and healthy habits
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on wound care, dialysis, weight management & more
- Participate in quality improvement programs
- Use EMR and the nutrition care process like a pro
- Conduct patient satisfaction rounds and build rapport with medical staff
- Work with our Corporate Dietitian to deliver top-tier care and education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college
- Registered & Licensed Dietitian in the State of Ohio
- 2 years of clinical nutrition experience preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!)
- A passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
