Pleasants Landing is a busy, waterfront destination offering beach access, rentals, and one of the most exciting opportunities on the lake—premium pontoon boat sales. We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers and guide them through the pontoon buying experience—from first conversation to closing
- Actively generate new business through outreach, referrals, and on-site engagement
- Conduct hands-on boat demonstrations that showcase features, performance, and lifestyle benefits
- Build lasting relationships with lakefront homeowners and repeat customers
- Track leads and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
- Negotiate and close deals while identifying opportunities to upsell accessories and services
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, people-focused salesperson who enjoys face-to-face interaction
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-starter who is comfortable generating their own leads
- Experience in sales, boating, marine, or outdoor recreation is a plus (but not required)
