Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a full-time experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is compassionate, and patient-focused to join our growing Pediatric Dental Practice. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in delivering high-quality care and ensuring we are providing a positive experience for each of our young patients.

About the Role
As a key member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in creating positive dental experiences for our young patients and their families. Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:
- Providing gentle, high-quality dental hygiene care
- Assisting chair-side and supporting four-handed dentistry
- Taking digital X-rays
- Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records
- Collaborating with the doctor and team to ensure seamless, compassionate care
Requirements
- Active Texas RDH license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Strong dental hygiene and clinical skills
- Ability to assist chair-side and perform four-handed dentistry
- Ability to take digital X-rays
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualities

- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Familiarity with Open Dental software
- Bilingual (a plus)
