**MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY**
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide support to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily activities, providing guidance and instruction, and helping them reach their goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to think on your feet in order to respond quickly and appropriately to any situation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Develop and implement individualized plans for individuals with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other members of the team.
- Provide assistance with medical appointments and other health-related needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
