Pleasant View Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility is looking for a nurse to deliver education and training that develops the skills and enhances the performance of staff to ensure safety and a holistic approach to high-quality clinical care.
As the Assistant Nurse Educator, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties, assuring resident safety, supporting a commitment to using evidence-based practices to support high-quality clinical outcomes. This includes dealing with confidential information, supervisory and leadership responsibilities.
You are responsible for assisting the entire nursing department in meeting benchmarks in the quality measures and maintaining facility compliance with state and federal regulations, plans of action and plans of correction.
This includes conducting education programs that support a holistic approach to high-quality clinical care, by elevating care partner clinical competency through educational content that supports a culture of safety and facility defined clinical quality metrics that go beyond state and federal regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44.00 - $46.00 per hour
