Pleasant View Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility is a five star rated, skilled nursing facility with a state of the art design in Shiawassee County and currently under construction to add on an additional unit.
The facility is seeking an additional Clinical Nutrition Support professional who will be responsible for providing assistance with the nutritional assessment, planning and ongoing care of our residents.
- Complete nutrition admissions and nutrition assessments.
- Develop nutritional care plans and monitor.
- Complete assigned portions of the MDS.
Graduate of a Bachelor of Science program in dietetics, nutrition or related field and/or Certified Dietary Manager program.
