Shift Availability for Residential Living Activity Assistant:
- Hours vary depending on scheduled activities
- Some weekend flexibility for resident outings
- 40 Hours per week consistently
Responsibilities of Residential Living Activity Assistant:
- Assist with implementation of residential living activity programming.
- Plan, Escort and Facilitate outings and activities
- Administrative duties related to residential living services
- Respond to resident requests and preferences; monitor attendance and involvement.
- Assist with calendar creation and preparation.
- Assist with implementation of structured activities including reserving space, collect supplies and arranging clean up and set up.
- Coordinate small group activities or special interest groups.
- Assist residents with technology tasks as requested.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- College degree or activity related certification preferred
- Desire to work with the senior population
- Strong interpersonal skills with awareness for dignity, respect, compassion and safety
- Driving 15 passenger bus
- Organization skills with attention to detail
