Duties
- Prepare a variety of dishes with precision, including techniques such as poaching, braising, grilling, and food handling.
- Assist in menu planning by contributing ideas for seasonal specials and ensuring recipe adherence.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food production and meal preparation.
- Maintain strict food safety standards by following sanitizing procedures and proper food handling protocols.
- Support dietary department needs by understanding dietary restrictions and assisting in meal customization.
- Participate in food service activities, including plating, serving, and ensuring timely delivery of meals.

Requirements
