LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE: Seeking Full time and Per diem assignments for all shifts to provide direct patient care, medication passes, and supervision of unit nursing assistants.
Required: current unencumbered PA LPN license. Preferred 1 year LPN experience in a hospital or elder care setting
Pay Rates: $29.87 1st shift, $31.12 2nd shift, $30.27 3rd shift. We have 13 paid holidays and 10 vacation to start and 10 sick days.
Our dental and vision are free to employee's. Health insurance cost ranges from $36.01 for a single person up to $111.31 a pay for family. All copays are $20.00 for PCP and specialist. Urgent care is $35.00 and ER is $100. Deductibles are $500 for single and $1,000 for family. Free life insurance $30,000 policy. Free long term disability as well.
