Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Help Build Something New
Location: Pleasant Nails & Head Spa – Pleasant View, TN
We’re looking for 1–2 Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to join our growing team as we expand our Head Spa by introducing professional massage services.
This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help shape our massage program from the beginning. We’re looking for therapists who are passionate about their craft, experienced in a variety of massage techniques, and excited to help us develop our service menu and grow a loyal client base.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Tennessee Massage Therapy License
- Experience performing a variety of massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, etc. preferred)
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused
- Interested in helping develop new services and grow a new department
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
Position Details
- 1099
- 50–60% commission, based on experience
- Appointment-only schedule to start
- Opportunity to transition to an hourly position in the future if it becomes a good fit for both parties
