We're seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Maintenance Director.
Responsibilities
- Preform all building maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols.
- Ensure the facility remains fully compliant with SNF/LTC regulations, Life Safety Code, state surveys, and federal requirements.
- Partner with leadership on planning, budgeting, and capital improvements.
- Maintain documentation, logs, and records required for inspections and audits.
- Respond to on-call repair needs promptly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Director or Maintenance Supervisor in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Life Safety Code (LSC), CMS requirements, OSHA standards, and other applicable regulations.
- Solid understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), preventative maintenance, and emergency preparedness.
- A dependable, proactive leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who values teamwork, resident safety, and keeping our building running at its best.
