- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with 2 years minimum of experience
- CPR & First Aid certification (we’ll help you get it!)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass the Passenger Assistance course.
- STNA license? Awesome—but not required!
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and physical exam
