The Inn at Pleasant Beach Village. Located at the south end of Bainbridge Island, is a fun and energizing resort property. Locals and travelers from all over the world come and stay at our 22 room inn to enjoy the clean rooms, excellent décor, great food, drinks and atmosphere.
Guest Room Attendant. We value bright team oriented, self-motivated individuals who love to clean and provide excellent quality driven service to others. Customer service skills, attention to detail and follow through are important. You must be a dependable, honest individual who doesn't mind physical work.

Wage Range: $20.00-$22.00/hour post initial training
Positions: Advancement Opportunities Available
Training: $19.00/hour All Training is Provided
Basic Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the following areas: The Inn at Pleasant Beach Village, gym, public restrooms, apartments, pool area, restaurant dining area, and the events hall as well as other cleaning needs as they arise.
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition with quality and consistency
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as scrubbing, wiping and cleaning floors
- Perform routine maintenance tasks with efficiency and strong attention to detail
- May include Maintenance Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and Construction Cleaning
- Maintain good working condition of cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies
Qualifications:
- A self-motivated individual able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
- A dedicated team member, arriving on time at the designated time to begin work.
- Able to adjust quickly to change as new or unusual situations arise.
- An upbeat, team focused, and energetic example for others.
- A strong desire to ensure we provide a positive guest experience to all visitors.
- Work well with others as a part of a Team
- Ability to handle a daily physical workload
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is NOT required
- We value a positive attitude and a good work ethic above all else. We can teach you to clean -- but you have to bring the consistent positive attitude
