Activity Aide
Shift Available: Full Time 8am-4:30pm, with Alternate Weekends
Job Summary:
At Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, and we are seeking a dedicated Activity Aide to join our team. As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and implementing a wide range of recreational and therapeutic activities. Activity Aide Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning and implementation of activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and entertainment programs
Encourage resident participation and socialization through a variety of activities and events
Monitor and assess resident participation and provide feedback to improve the activity program
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate records and reports of resident participation and activity programs
Participate in resident assessments and goal setting to identify activity preferences and needs
