- Originate residential mortgage loans and guide borrowers from application to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, referral partners, and clients
- Analyze borrower financials and recommend appropriate loan programs
- Educate clients on loan options, rates, and the mortgage process
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company lending guidelines
- Consistently meet or exceed production and customer service goals
- Active NMLS license (required)
- Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
