Accounts Payable - Plaza Motor Company

Job Description

Plaza Motors in St. Louis is now under the umbrella of fast-growing MileOne Autogroup. We are now seeking a full time Accounts Payable Clerk who can bring immediate value to our busy team.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 4:30

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00/hr

Essential Duties:

• Maintain accounting records
• Data entry, book keeping and other general accounting functions
• Compiles and sorts documents such as invoices and checks
• Maintains accounts payables/reconciliations
• Prepares and maintains vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records

Qualifications:

• Two to four years of related accounts payable experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Automotive/dealership experience is highly desirable; CDK experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic accounting functions
• Ability to balance and reconcile financial transactions
• Proficient in all Microsoft programs; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
