What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometry Assistant position at Plaza Mexico Optometry?
The Optometry Assistant will handle various responsibilities including patient pretesting, insurance verifications, claims submissions, sales, office responsibilities, etc. The ideal candidate is both a proven team player and able to work independently while remaining detail-oriented and organized. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent grammar and writing skills, who is proficient with a computer as well as other office equipment. One year prior similar office experience preferred but not required. Bilingual Spanish and English is highly desirable. Weekend availability is needed.
