You will supervise and evaluate staff performance, develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Description
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the nursing staff. You will supervise and evaluate staff performance, develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- RN License
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- 12 hour shifts (NOC shift only)
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- $47.38 - $49.29 per hour for days
- $49.38 - $51.29 per hour for NOC
- Includes Shift Differential: $3.00/hour Evening Shift, $4.00/hour Night Shift, Plus $3.00/hour Weekend Shift
- Extra Shift Bonus: $5.00/hour
