Responsibilities:
- Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment
- Implement individualized care plans based on resident needs
- Perform wound care, treatments, and medical procedures
- Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold HIPAA policies
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the State of New Jersey
- Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing
