About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on weekends. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of our nursing staff to provide direct patient care, maintain a clean and safe environment, and promote a positive patient experience. Your weekend shifts will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and families while enjoying a more relaxed schedule.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care, including vital sign-taking, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Work collaboratively with our nursing staff to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Contribute to a positive and respectful patient care environment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift and move patients as needed
