What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dental Assistant - $27-$32/hour position at Plaza Family Dental Group?
We’re currently seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly and supportive dental team! This position is Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional Fridays (8AM-2PM) through the end of the year.
Who We’re Looking For:
A hard-working, motivated team player who is passionate about patient care and eager to support both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service to both patients and staff.
Responsibilities Include:
- Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures
- Sterilization and operatory setup/cleanup
- Taking X-rays and impressions
- Patient education and communication
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Attention to detail, organized.
- Supporting the overall flow of the day for the doctor and team
Requirements:
- Active RDA license
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience preferred required 2 yrs
