Plaza Community Living Center is looking for a Floor Technician to join our growing team!

Floor Technician (Floor Tech) duties include but are not limited to:
- Stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing floors to maintain a clean and polished appearance
- Carpet shampooing and extraction
- Operating and maintaining floor care equipment such as buffers, burnishers, and auto scrubbers
- Cleaning and maintaining tile, vinyl, and other hard surface flooring
- Following safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Assisting with additional housekeeping or environmental services tasks as needed
- Other tasks as required

Requirements
- Previous floor care experience preferred
- Experience operating commercial floor equipment preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
