Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Infant Teacher role in Brooklyn, NY. The Infant Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing an age-appropriate curriculum, fostering early childhood development, ensuring children's safety and well-being, and maintaining a nurturing classroom environment. Tasks include daily teaching, observing, and recording developmental progress, as well as actively engaging with children and families to support their needs and milestones.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Development and Child Development principles
- Experience in Curriculum Development and teaching in early childhood education settings
- Excellent Communication skills for working effectively with children, families, and colleagues
- Ability to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education is an advantage
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with infants and young children
