Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a happy and friendly environment, maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards for customer service, cleanliness and hygiene, along with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 2:00pm-6:30pm (Closing shift)
- Saturday: 9:30am-2:00pm or 2:00pm -6:30pm
- Sundays: 11:30am-6:30pm
Duties
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Check in customers efficiently and accurately, managing registration and related administrative duties.
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
- Execute custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Carry out floor care responsibilities, ensuring all surfaces are well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Perform safety check of equipment to ensure the safety of our customers.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred..
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
