Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the Rewards Partnership Manager with the day-to-day maintenance of partners
- Work with partners to create rewards and offers
- Help to maintain the rewards offer queue
- Work with internal stakeholders on various projects in support of partnerships
- Collaborate with Partnership Art lead to create new asset content for various initiatives including social, partner activation, and direct mail campaigns.
- Assist customer support and host team with resolving customer tickets related to Rewards & Loyalty
- Assist partner users with systems training and issues
- Participate in design, set-up, and execution of partner and player events
- Document new processes and procedures as needed for the Rewards & Loyalty operation
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 years of work experience
- A strong relationship builder who has a positive attitude and is a team player
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Highly organized and plans and prioritizes work effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly agile environment
- Some travel may be required
