Playrite is a locally owned company that installs high-quality artificial turf. We have been in business for 30 years and have been installing turf for 20 years. We specialize in putting greens, lawns, playgrounds, pet areas, and athletic spaces.
We are seeking a Crew Leader who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, leading a team, and creating high-quality finished projects.
Pay & Benefits
- $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a crew to install artificial turf projects from start to finish
- Operate equipment, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow project plans and direction from Project Managers
- Ensure quality standards and attention to detail on every job
- Communicate with team members to keep projects on track and on schedule
Requirements
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor preferred (turf experience a plus, not required)
- Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with a team
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and lift throughout the shift
