Hours: 8am - 4:30pm
Job Location: On-site at Playworld in Lewisburg, PA

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage large number of emails, telephone, and online chat daily.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts both US and International through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide valid, complete, and accurate information by using the tools provided.
  • Resolve product/service problems by determining root cause
  • Ensure delivery by tracking shipments using freight carrier tools -reconsignment, freight claims on missing/damaged shipments
  • Work independently as well as team collaboration
Qualified applicants will have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years’ experience in Customer Service, working in an office environment
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and problem solving skills
  • Must be computer literate- Microsoft Office, Manufacturing ERP system
  • Must have excellent telephone and email etiquette
  • International Customer Service experience a plus
  • Shipping/Logistics experience a plus
Work Environment:

  • Normal office environment or may be exposed to noise if working in a production area.
  • Office setting with personal work cubicles.
  • An open working environment where ideas are shared and valued.
  • Professional training and development are encouraged.
  • Open communication is necessary with teammates, independent sales agencies worldwide and other departments.
  • Collaboration with team managers and project leaders throughout the company to achieve mutual goals is critical.
  • Personal protective equipment required when entering production shop area.
