Location: Madison, WI
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour
Contract: April 2026 – November 2026 (Opportunity to renew for 2027)
On-Site Schedule:
- Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Mondays: 4:45 PM – 7:15 PM
- Additional remote administrative hours throughout each season
About the Role
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee youth soccer programs in Madison. This leadership role supports Playpen Sports Academy classes while helping grow Millennium Soccer Club’s community programs and partnerships.
The Site Manager ensures classes run smoothly, supports coaches and volunteers, communicates with families and schools, and helps grow participation in local youth soccer.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sports, leadership, community engagement, and working with families.
Key Responsibilities
Program Operations
- Oversee weekly youth soccer classes
- Set up before classes and wrap up after sessions
- Help lead classes using the established curriculum
- Maintain a fun, safe, and organized environment
Staff & Volunteer Support
- Recruit and communicate with volunteer coaches
- Coordinate staffing and attendance
- Ensure SafeSport compliance
School & Community Partnerships
- Build relationships with local elementary schools
- Share program information with schools and families
- Support outreach to increase program participation
Marketing & Administration
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials
- Assist with registration promotion
- Send parent communications during the season
- Help track program expenses and basic admin tasks
Qualifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with youth sports, education, or community programs preferred
- Organized and dependable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Reliable computer and internet access
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
