Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with infants and a strong understanding of infant care and development. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, loving, and educational environment for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and supervision for infants in a nurturing environment.
Create and implement age-appropriate activities that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of infants.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
Build strong, positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and daily activities.
Follow all licensing regulations and center policies to ensure a safe and compliant learning environment.
Assist in feeding, diapering, and maintaining the overall hygiene of infants.
Observe and document each child's developmental milestones and progress.
Communicate effectively with co-workers, parents, and management.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field or ACDS REQUIRED.
Previous experience working with infants in a licensed child care setting preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong understanding of infant developmental stages and care routines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with infants.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
