Are you a dog enthusiast with experience in a HOSPITALITY business who's ready to turn your passion into a paycheck in a FULL TIME/PART-TIME job? Playful Pack, our bustling dog daycare, is on the lookout for vibrant and dog-loving individuals to join our dynamic front desk team!
What we're searching for:
- Direct, relevant experience in HOSPITALITY customer service or reception (minimum 1 year)
- People who radiate positivity and enthusiasm and know how to sell products and services
- Willingness and ability to participate in clerical, cleaning, selling, and operations of our business. Please know this is not your typical "boring" clerical job and does have a physical component to the role to ensure dog safety and facility cleanliness.
- A love for dogs is a must!
Your day-to-day adventures will include:
- Being a phone superstar - answering calls with a smile!
- Welcoming and registering new furry clients.
- Working your magic with veterinary offices to fetch vaccination records.
- Guiding eager new clients on fantastic tours of our facility
- Showering each and every dog with love and attention
- Actually showering dogs when Customers request a bath & dry
- Book reservations ( phone or in person )
- Lead the building when Assistant Manager is not present to ensure our furry friends are happy, healthy, safe, and having a blast.
The essence of the job:
- Answering calls and spreading the doggy joy.
- Registering new clients.
- Assisting our beautiful four-legged friends by cleaning the facility daily and substituting Daycare Attendants during restroom or rest breaks.

Job Qualifications
- Above all, you must love our furry friends otherwise known as Dogs
- MUST have 1 years of experience as a Front Desk Staff
- High energy to make Playful Pack the best place for dog daycare and dog boarding
- Positive attitude with a high dose of respect for your peers and management
- Patience and empathy with our furry friends and their owners
- Experience maintaining a clean, sanitary environment in reception / lobby area
- Experience working the phone line
- Ability to navigate a Windows-based computer
- On-time attendance and consistent availability for your shift
- Prefer High School diploma or higher education
