Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils..
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle busy periods while ensuring quality service.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential.
- Knowledge of food handling practices within the food industry is a plus.
- Strong sales skills to promote beverage specials or upsell items when appropriate.
