We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to support customers through in-person and phone interactions. Responsibilities
- Assist customers through in-person and phone interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and calls with professionalism.
- Apply product knowledge to provide accurate guidance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Address complaints and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
- Identify and escalate complex concerns appropriately.
- Manage high customer volumes in a calm manner.
- Effectively manage a cash drawer.
- Work as a team with co-workers to efficiently complete all daily tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
