Playbiig is a creative studio focused on innovative digital storytelling, client experience, and elevated visual strategy. We’re looking for a Client Acquisition Intern to help us expand our client base through targeted outreach and consistent lead generation.
This is a performance-based role ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable initiating conversations with potential clients. No sales closing is required — your focus is outreach and qualification. You will not be responsible for full sales calls or setting project expectations.
Role Expectations
• Identify and research potential clients who align with Playbiig’s services
• Initiate outreach through email and social platforms
• Warm prospects and confirm basic fit
• Coordinate introductory meetings between interested leads and Playbiig
• Keep simple notes on each prospective client
• Maintain communication consistency and follow-up
• Ensure only qualified, interested leads are moved forward
• Fluent in English
Compensation
This role is paid based on performance:
• 10 USD for each qualified prospect who shows up to their scheduled intro call
• 5 percent commission for each client who signs and pays for a project ($300 USD minimum.)
This structure ensures you are rewarded for real results.

Onboarding Process
• Step 1: Submit your resume through LinkedIn
• Step 2: Email your response to the application question
• Step 3: If selected, you’ll be invited to a 15-minute video call to see if we’re a good fit
• Step 4: If accepted, onboarding is completed within two weeks from your application date, depending on call scheduling
• Step 5: Once onboarded, you’ll receive outreach scripts, target profiles, and access to our workflow so you can begin lead generation
